Metal ballpoint pens with soft rubberized grip and a stylus on the "eraser" end for smartphones/tablets. Available in multiple colors. Use a 3D-printed jig to hold them on the E1 bed. Jig file available here.
Printable area is small but usable. Use a 3D-printed pen jig (e.g. H2D Universal Pen Engraving Jig on MakerWorld) for alignment. We had no problems with ink adhesion.
